What are ePortfolios?
ePortfolios consist of electronic evidence presented on a website. Such electronic evidence may include inputted text, electronic files, images, multimedia, blog entries, and hyperlinks.

Why use ePortfolios?
  • Learning / Reflection
A learning ePortfolio includes personal reflection on the content and what it means for the owner's development.
  • Assessment
An assessment ePortfolio is used to evaluate knowledge, skills and abilities acquired through formal, and non-formal instruction.
  • Development as Learner
A developmental ePortfolio is a record of things that the owner has done over a period of time.
  • Career
A career ePortfolio shows the owner's achievements in relation to particular work or developmental goals and is, therefore, selective. It is commonly used for job applications.
